Join us for 8 weeks of feel-good, go-at-your-pace, goal-crushing fun with our Run Club+ training program! Whether you're gearing up for your very first 5K, chasing a new PR, or just want a little extra motivation and structure, we've got you covered. With both in-person and at-home training options, you’ll get everything you need to stay on track—including personalized training plans, beginner-friendly tips, and nutrition guidance to fuel your miles. Plus, your awesome Run Club+ Coaches will check in weekly to keep you motivated and moving. It's more than a training plan—it's community, encouragement, and support every step (and stride!) of the way.
WHO IS RUN CLUB+ FOR?
This training program is for all the moms - from those starting out for the first time to experienced runners ready to run another race or improve their time or distance. We offer a variety of training plans so that you can build distance safely or increase your speed when you are ready.

Stacy Cannon
Meet Stacy – Run Club Rockstar & Mama of Four!
Stacy is a run coach and instructor at FIT4MOM Kitsap Peninsula, bringing a lifelong love of movement and a deep passion for community to every workout. She grew up as a competitive swimmer, but it was in college that she fell in love with running. With limited access to the pool and a busy schedule, running became her go-to — a way to explore, unwind, and stay strong.
Before becoming a mom to four girls, Stacy trained across a wide range of distances, from 5Ks to a full marathon. Now, as a runner-mom, she understands firsthand the unique physical and time challenges that come with balancing motherhood and fitness. She’s passionate about helping other moms find their stride—whether that means getting back into running, building endurance, or simply carving out space to move and breathe.
Stacy is thrilled to be part of the F4M Kitsap community and loves supporting women as they chase their goals, one stride at a time.

Meet Rebecca – your Run Club Cheerleader!
Rebecca is the proud owner of FIT4MOM Kitsap Peninsula and is lacing up her sneakers as your enthusiastic Run Club coach! With plenty of 5Ks, 10Ks, and even a half marathon under her belt, she knows what it’s like to set a goal and go for it—especially as a busy mom. Running became her personal challenge and escape after having kids, and now she's here to cheer YOU on, whether you're sprinting, jogging, or rocking that walk/jog combo. Rebecca believes every mama belongs at the starting line—no pace too slow, no experience necessary. Just bring your goals, your stroller, and your determination—we’ll do the rest, together!

Each week, Run Club+ meets for a fun, feel-good group run at one of four scenic park locations. You'll have the chance to revisit and improve your performance at each spot—hello, progress! Our training routes rotate between:

🌿 Clear Creek Trail in Silverdale
